Alert Design Spec
The Alert Design Spec defines every rule by which a fused telemetry output from e5-fusion-logic-map crosses into an alert: threshold definitions, false-positive suppression logic, warning-versus-critical separation, and the action link that connects an alert to a declared agent behavior or human escalation.
